Tunisia : Oposisi dan Organisasi Buruh Siap Mogok Kerja Menentang Presiden Saied

Hiramedia : Sejak Presiden Kais Saied mengeluarkan dekrit pembubaran Parlemen dan pencopotan Perdana Menteri, Hichem Mechici 25 Juli 2021 yang lalu, situasi politik di negeri Afrika Utara itu terus memanas dan belum stabil.
Perseteruan antara Presiden Saied dengan sejumlah ketua partai politik yang memiliki kursi di Parlemen, utamanya Partai En-Nahdah tampak belum ada titik temu.
Diberitakan situs aljazera.net (1/6/2022), Front Keselamatan Nasional Tunisia, partai oposisi mengumumkan Selasa (30/5/2022) dimulainya tahap awal perjuangan melawan apa yang disebut kudeta Presiden Kais Saied melawan demokrasi dan “proyek populisnya” yang berusaha menghancurkan lembaga-lembaga negara.”
Hal ini bertepatan dengan pengumuman Serikat Buruh Umum Tunisia (Union des Travilleurs Tunisiens/UTT), yang akan melakukan mogok kerja pada 16 Juni 2022.
Sebagai salah satu pemain politik (kunci) yang sangat berperan dalam proses politik di Tunisia ini beralasan bahwa rencama pemogokan umum tersebut karena “pemerintah (Tunisia) sengaja merusak prinsip negosiasi dan penolakan pelaksanaan kesepakatan yang telah dibuat dan kurangnya kemauan untuk mereformasi lembaga-lembaga publik.
Sementara itu, Front Keselamatan Nasional menekankan – selama konferensi pers yang dihadiri oleh para oposisi – bahwa inilah saatnya bagi kekuatan vital yang ada untuk bersama-sama menghadapi serangan gencar populis yang merusak masyarakat.
Front menganggap bahwa “kudeta konstitusi” yang dilakukan Presiden Saied mengacaukan kinerja negara dan organ-organnya, yang menyebabkan stagnasi ekonomi serta pengurangan kesempatan kerja,” .
Ketua Front Keselamatan Tunisia, Ahmed Najib al-Chebi mengatakan bahwa dialog yang diumumkan oleh Presiden Saied membuktikan kegagalannya, dan “setiap orang yang memiliki kapasitas di negara ini telah menyerah .”
Front Keselamatan Nasional bersama partai-partai oposisi, termasuk Gerakan En-Nahda, Partai Harapan (hizb al-Amal) , Qalb Tounes, warga serta entitas dan faksi-faksi politik menolak proyek politik Kais Saied.
Sebagai catatan, Presiden Kais Said telah menangguhkan parlemen Tunisia tahun lalu dan kemudian membubarkannya, membubarkan pemerintah terpilih, mengambil alih kekuasaan eksekutif, membubarkan Dewan Kehakiman Tertinggi dan membentuk Dewan alternatif.
Partai politik dan faksi-faksi melihat bahwa “langkah-langkah luar biasa ” yang dilakukan Preside Said ini sebagai kudeta terhadap konstitusi dan upaya untuk membunuh demokrasi dan capaian revolusi Tunisia.
Di sisi lain, Serikat Buruh Umum Tunisia mengumumkan hari ini, Selasa, pelaksanaan pemogokan umum di sektor publik pada 16 Juni, untuk menuntut penarikan surat edaran pemerintah terkait negosiasi dengan serikat pekerja.
Serikat pekerja, yang merupakan organisasi serikat pekerja tertua di Tunisia, mengatakan dalam sebuah pernyataan bahwa “keputusan pemogokan umum datang untuk menarik Surat Edaran No. 20 terkait dengan negosiasi dengan serikat pekerja, mengingat kenaikan harga yang membumbung tinggi penurunan daya beli karyawan.”
Pada pertengahan April 2022 yang lalu, pemerintah Tunisia telah mengumumkan kesepakatannya dengan Serikat Buruh Umum untuk mengaktifkan dialog secara lebih efisien dengan meninjau surat edaran (No. 20) terkait negosiasi dengan serikat pekerja.
