Hiramedia: Pemerintah Kerajaan Arab Saudi mengumumkan serangkaian dekrit kerajaan pada hari Minggu (18/10/2020) untuk merestrukturisasi Dewan Cendekiawan (Majelis Ulama), Dewan Syoura (Majelis Permusyawaratan) dan Mahkamah Agung.
Dilansir arabnews.com ( 19/10/2020), Dekrit tersebut menunjuk 20 orang sebagai anggota Dewan Cendekiawan ( Majelis Ulama), sebuah Lembaga Keagamaan Tertinggi Kerajaan, yang dipimpin oleh Mufti Agung Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Al-Sheikh.
Keputusan kerajaan lainnya adalah restrukturisasi Dewan Syoura (Majelis Permusyawaratan) dengan menunjuk Hanan binti Abdul Raheem Al-Ahmadi sebagai asisten pembicara dan Mishaal bin Fahm Al-Salami sebagai wakil pembicara.
Keputusan tersebut menunjuk 150 anggota dewan untuk jangka waktu empat tahun dan akan dipimpin oleh Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Asheikh.
Khalid bin Abdullah Al-Luhaidan diangkat sebagai Ketua Mahkamah Agung dengan pangkat setingkat Menteri.
Sementara itu, Ghayhab bin Mohammed Al-Ghayhab dinobatkan sebagai penasihat Istana Kerajaan dengan status Menteri. ( Fath)
