Hiramedia: Kementerian Haji dan Umrah Saudi telah meluncurkan inisiatif kinerja yang bertujuan untuk mengukur kepuasan jamaah dalam penyediaan layanan selama musim haji tahun ini.
Situs berita Arab Saudi, arabnews.com (30/6/2022) melaporkan bahwa Asisten Wakil Menteri Haji dan Umrah, Hesham Saeed, telah menandatangani perjanjian kerjasama dengan Prjabat Sekretaris Jenderal Dewan Koordinasi, Dr Abdullah Al-Muwaihi, sehubungan dengan program tersebut.
Dalam kesempatan tersebut, Al-Muwaihi mengatakan skema pemantauan (monitoringa:red) akan melibatkan pengukuran kinerja terhadap kualitas layanan dan kepuasan penerima manfaat, termasuk program juga program penyamaran, semuanya dirancang untuk meningkatkan dan memperkaya pengalaman spiritual jamaah.
Di bawah inisiatif penyamaran, lebih lanjut Saeed mengatakan bahwa seorang tamu yang ditunjuk, akan “bertugas sebagai peziarah di bawah misi, yang menjalani pengalaman haji penuh secara penuh, mulai dari negara peziarah, melewati tempat-tempat suci, dan melakukan ritual sampai mereka kembali ke negara mereka.
“Tamu penyamaran yang ditugaskan akan menjalani semua detail, melihat titik kontak apa yang mereka lewati, dan akan memberikan evaluasi sesuai dengan metodologi ilmiah yang telah dipelajari sebelumnya mengenai kriteria pengukuran,” tambahnya. Demikian, arabnews,com melaporkan.
