Hiramedia: Umat Islam yang sedang melaksanakan ibadah haji 1443 H. tahun ini berada di Arafah untuk wukuf sebagai prosesi utama ibadah haji. Di tempat yang luas ini para jamaah dari berbagai negara mengagungkan asma Allah seraya memohon ampunan dari segala dosa.
Pada kesempatan haji yang bertepatan dengan hari jumat (Haji Akbar), Sekretaris Jenderal Liga Dunia Muslim, Sheikh Dr. Muhammad bin Abdul Karim Al-Issa, menyampaikan khutbahnya di Masjid Namirah menyeru umat Islam agar memuji Yang Mahakuasa dan menjadi duta Islam dengan selalu mengikuti ajarannya dalam perilaku yang baik.
Hal itu disampaikan Sheikh Dr. Muhammad bin Abdul Karim Al-Issa, Sekretaris jenderal Liga Dunia Muslim dan anggota Dewan Cendekiawan Senior, saat khutbah Hari Arafat yang disampaikan di Masjid Namirah pada hari Jumat (8/7/2022) dilansir arabnews.com (8/7/2022).
Berbicara kepada para peziarah dan Muslim di seluruh dunia, dia mengatakan perbuatan baik akan menjamin kebahagiaan dalam hidup ini dan memastikan pahala Allah di akhirat.
Al-Issa mengingatkan umat Islam bahwa perintah utama Islam adalah hanya menyembah Allah.
“Allah telah menurunkan kitab-kitab ilahi dan mengutus para nabi dan rasul sebagai guru bagi umat mereka, menyeru (mereka) untuk bertauhid dan menyembah Allah dalam ibadah. Semua nabi menyuruh umatnya untuk menyembah Allah, dan tidak ada yang lain,” katanya dalam khutbahnya.
Al-Issa, yang pertama kali menyampaikan khutbah Arafah, menekankan pentingnya rukun Islam yang kelima.
DR.Al-Issa mengatakan Allah telah menghormati mereka (jamaah haji) dengan kesempatan untuk melakukan haji tahun ini, dan mendesak mereka untuk mengikuti bimbingan Nabi Muhammad ketika menyelesaikan ritual mereka.
Dia juga mengimbau umat Islam untuk terus melakukan perbuatan baik dan memperlakukan orang lain dengan baik, termasuk yang beragama lain.
“Semua orang, baik Muslim atau bukan, menghormati mereka yang memiliki sopan santun, karena perilaku yang baik adalah nilai kemanusiaan yang tinggi,” katanya.
AL-Issa juga meminta umat beriman untuk menjauhkan diri dari tindakan yang dapat menyebabkan ketidakharmonisan, kebencian dan perpecahan.
“Cinta dan kasih sayang harus menang dalam hubungan kita, dan itu adalah bagian dari keyakinan kita bahwa kita semua bersama-sama bersatu,” katanya, seraya menambahkan bahwa kerja sama dapat menjaga kohesi komunitas Muslim.
“Ini membuktikan fakta bahwa Islam adalah semangat yang mencakup semua yang mencakup kebaikan untuk seluruh umat manusia. Nabi kita telah bersabda: ‘Sebaik-baik manusia adalah yang paling bermanfaat bagi manusia.’”
Dia menyimpulkan dengan mendesak para peziarah untuk memanfaatkan waktu mereka di tempat-tempat suci untuk berdoa dan mencari pengampunan dari Allah atas dosa-dosa mereka.
