Hiramedia : Usai kudeta yang dilakukan Dewan Militer dibawah komando Jenderal Abdel Fattah Burhan, Senin (25/10/2021) situasi politik di Sudan terus bergejolak.
Kantor Perdana Menteri Sudan Abdullah Hamdok dilansir aljazeera.net (27/10/2021) mengabarkan mengenai kembalinya Perdana Menteri Abdulah Hamdouk yang sempat ditangkap pihak militer sebelumnya bahwa – kemarin malam, Selasa (26/10/2021) bahwa dia dan istrinya telah kembali ke rumah mereka di Khartoum di bawah penjagaan ketat.
Sementara itu, akibat kudeta tesebut, demonstrasi massa terjadi malam hari di ibukota Sudan, Khartoum menolak tindakan panglima militer, Letnan-Jenderal Abdel Fattah Burhan yang membubarkan Dewan Menteri
Diberitakan bahwa 12 Duta Besar Sudan di sejumlah negara menyatakan penolakan mereka terhadap apa yang mereka anggap kudeta militer di negara mereka.
Kantor Perdana Menteri Hamdok mengatakan – dalam sebuah pernyataan yang diposting di halaman Facebook-nya – bahwa Perdana Menteri dan istrinya dikembalikan ke kediaman mereka di Khartoum di bawah penjagaan ketat. Sedangkan sejumlah Menteri dan pemimpin politik masih ditahan di lokasi yang tidak diketahui.
Pada hari Senin (25/10/2021) saat fajar, Tentara Sudan telah menangkap pada Perdana Menteri dan istrinya, sejumlah Menteri dan pemimpin parta politik di negara itu, setelah komandan tentara mengumumkan pembubaran Dewan Kedaulatan dan Pemerintahan transisi.
Saat itu Jenderal Burhan juga mengumumkan keadaan darurat, memberhentikan gubernur, dan menangguhkan beberapa ketentuan dokumen konstitusional untuk mengelola fase transisi setelah penggulingan rezim Presiden Omar al-Bashir 2019 yang lalu.
Disebut dalam sumber diplomatik, 12 Duta Besar Sudan yang menentang tindak kudeta milter tersebut di antaranya ; Duta Besar Sudan untuk AS, China, Perwakilan Tetap di Jenewa, Afrika Selatan, Belgia, Uni Eropa, Swedia, Perancis, UEA, Qatar, Kanada dan Turki.(fath)
