Pertamakali, Universitas di Perancis Buka Studi Magister Bidang Intelijen
Hiramedia : Surat kabar The Daily Telegraph dikutip aljazeera.net (17/7/2020), menyatakan bahwa sebuah universitas di Prancis Selatan mendirikan Sekolah Pascasarjana – Maguster spesialisasi intelijen di negara itu. Program ini akan diluncurkan pada bulan September mendatang sebagai dimulainya tahun Akademik Baru.
Surat kabar Inggris menambahkan bahwa program Master of Intelligence akan didirikan di Institute of Political Studies di Aix Provinsi di tenggara Prancis dekat kota Marseille, dan akan diawasi oleh Jenderal Serge Shole.
Jenderal Serge adalah seorang militer senior yang memimpin kampanye militer melawan Negara Islam di Irak dan Suriah yang dimulai pada tahun 2014.
Menurut laporan surat kabar tersebut jumlah siswa untuk tahun pertama (Master of Intelligence) adalah 15 siswa, dan 15 dipekerjakan di sektor publik dan swasta. Para pengampu memiliki kapasitas dan kemampuan keterampilan luas di bidang intlijen, termasuk budaya dan lingkungan.
Para mahasiswa akan menerima pelajaran dalam diplomatik, militer dan intelijen ekonomi, di samping literatur pekerjaan rahasia dan pekerjaan keamanan internal, dan para mahasiawa akan meneliti serta menerbitkan studi dan artikel.
Jenderal Serge Shole merupakan mengawasi Master of Intelligence di Institute of Political Studies (Kementerian Pertahanan Prancis).
“Kami ingin menjadikan intelijen sebagai subjek yang tersedia dan tidak eksklusif untuk badan intelijen,” surat kabar Daily Telegraph mengutip direktur Institute for Political Studies, Rustan Mahdi, yang mengatakan, menambahkan bahwa organisasinya telah mengembangkan program yang belum pernah terjadi sebelumnya di Perancis, yang memenuhi permintaan besar dari sejumlah lembaga.
Para ahli Perancis mengatakan bahwa Paris berupaya untuk memperbaiki keterlambatannya dari Inggris dan Amerika Serikat dalam bidang membangun jembatan yang kuat antara badan-badan intelijen dunia dan komunitas universitas, karena pengajaran intelijen adalah praktik akademik yang mapan dan terorganisir dalam universitas-universitas di Inggris dan Amerika.
Pada tahun 2018, para kepala agensi intelijen yang berlokasi di Prancis berpartisipasi dalam konferensi yang belum pernah terjadi sebelumnya di Institute of Science di Paris, dan membahas hubungan antara intelijen Prancis dan universitas, dan para pejabat dari agensi-agensi tersebut telah memanggil para insinyur, spesialis teknologi informasi, linguistik dan analis untuk memperkuat jajaran agensi-agensi ini.
Jembatan antara dua dunia
“Kursi akademik ini akan menjadi jembatan yang bermanfaat antara dua dunia yang sering mengabaikan satu sama lain: dunia intelijen dalam semua kompleksitasnya, dan dunia universitas dalam semua keanekaragamannya,” kata Koordinator Intelijen Nasional Prancis Pierre Bosquet de Florian.
Sejumlah tokoh terkemuka dinas intelijen Prancis akan berpartisipasi dalam pengajaran para empu, termasuk Jean-Baptiste Carpentier, mantan kepala komisi “Trafain” yang ditugasi memerangi pencucian uang, di samping mantan kepala intelijen yang tidak disebutkan namanya.
Daily Telegraph melaporkan bahwa permintaan pekerjaan Bbadan Intelijen Prancis berlipat ganda setelah serangan teroris yang melanda negara itu pada 2015, dan permintaan untuk bekerja di Direktorat Jenderal Keamanan Eksternal meningkat berkat keberhasilan yang dicapai oleh serial TV Prancis yang menyoroti pekerjaan agen mata-mata.
