Perkuat Kerja Sama Bilateral, Indonesia-Norwegia Gelar Dialog HAM

Hiramedia/Oslo : Indonesia dan Norwegia terus meningkatkan kerja sama bilateral. Bertempat di Trømso,Norwegia, kedua negara kembali mengadakan Dialog Hak Asasi Manusia (HAM) yang ke-14.
Pada Dialog HAM kali ini, kedua negara membahas mengenai isu HAM yang menjadiperha’an bersama kedua negara, antara lain keadilan terhadap anak-anak (juvenile justice), keamanan siber untuk anak-anak, investigative interviewing, serta kebebasan berpendapatdan kebebasan beragama.
Dalam pertemuan tersebut, Delegasi Indonesia dipimpin oleh Direktur HAM danKemanusiaan Kementerian luar Negeri dan diiku’ oleh Dubes RI Oslo serta perwakilan dariKemenkopolhukam, Kementerian PPA, dan Kemenag. Sedangkan dari pihak Norwegia,delegasi pertemuan dipimpin oleh Wakil Dirjen PBB dan Kemanusiaan Kementerian LuarNegeri, dan dihadiri pula oleh perwakilan dari Kementerian Kehakiman, Pusat Studi HAM,Pusat Penyelidikan Kriminal Norwegia, dan Akademi Polisi Norwegia.
Penyelenggaraan Dialog HAM ini mendapat tanggapan yang sangat posi’f dari kedua pihak.“Meskipun dalam beberapa isu Norwegia memiliki pandangan yang berbeda denganIndonesia, namun Dialog HAM ini tetap pen’ng untuk dilaksanakan supaya kedua negaradapat saling memantau perkembangan pemajuan HAM di kedua pihak,” ujar Kåre Stormark,Wakil Direktur Jenderal untuk PBB dan isu kemanusiaan Kemenlu Norwegia.
Dialog HAM Indonesia-Norwegia merupakan sebuah mekanisme dialog yang telah terjalinsecara ru’n sejak tahun 2002 guna meningkatkan kerja sama HAM kedua negara. Dalamdialog ini, kedua negara saling memberikan informasi mengenai pengalaman, best practices terkait isu HAM yang dibahas. Dalam Dialog HAM tahun ini, misalnya, kedua negaramenyampaikan informasi mengenai mekanisme, teknik dan prosedur yang digunakan untukmemberantas kejahatan siber terhadap anak-anak.
Selain itu kedua negara juga membahastantangan yang dihadapi kedua negara untuk menciptakan masyarakat yang salingmenghargai kebebasan berpendapat dan beragama.Menlu Norwegia, Ine Eriksen Søreide, yang hadir di sesi penutupan juga menyambutgembira Dialog HAM Indonesia-Norwegia tahun ini. “Indonesia akan selalu menjadi mitrapen’ng Norwegia untuk banyak isu HAM.
Saya berharap agar kerja sama bilateral di bidangHAM ini dapat terus meningkat dan ‘dak hanya tercermin dalam kerangka bilateral sajatetapi juga dalam kerangka mul’lateral seper’ melalui forum PBB,” pungkasnya. Dialog HAM Indonesia-Norwegia selanjutnya akan dilaksanakan di tahun 2020 denganIndonesia sebagai tuan rumah.
